2025 Bring Your Own Device Program

All students from Year 5 - 12 are required to have laptop for use in the classroom. 

Laptops may be purchased independently or via the BYOD purchase portal.

The following minimum specifications should be followed.

Windows:
Windows 10 (64 bit) or 11. Intel Core i5/i7 or AMD Athlon/Ryzen 64 processor, 8GB of RAM (16GB Recommended), 256GB SSD storage (minimum) - 512GB preferable

Mac OS:
MacOS Monterey (minimum) and above (preferred), Multicore Intel Processor with 64-bit support, 8GB RAM (16GB Recommended), 256GB SSD storage (minimum) - 512GB preferable

Possible devices to use with our BYOD program include both the MacBook Air and the HP EliteBook x360. 

Please note: Chromebooks or iPads are not considered a suitable alternative to standard laptops.
ALL BYOD devices should be capable of USB Type C power charging.

BYOD Purchase Portal
All devices purchased through the portal will meet the School’s minimum required specifications and will be delivered to the School for students to collect at the start of the 2025 school year. All devices will have the required software installed prior to collection.
