About Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates is a full-body workout that uses spring-loaded resistance on a Reformer Bed. Our classes are designed to enhance coordination, balance, posture, strength, and flexibility. We offer three different types of classes to suit various preferences: Foundation, Strength and Fitness.

Foundation Class

This is an excellent introduction to Reformer Pilates, ideal for beginners or those looking to refresh their technique. Foundation classes focus on building confidence, understanding the use of Reformer Beds, and learning basic movements and positions. This class will make sure you are equipped with safe and efficient techniques that can be applied to other classes in the future.

Strength Class

This class is tailored for those with prior experience in Reformer Pilates. It offers a full-body workout that challenges technique, strength, and resilience, through various combinations using props and the Reformer Beds. Options for progressions and regressions are provided to accommodate all fitness levels.

Full Body Workout

The Full Body Workout class will feature a new mix of exercises each week, focusing on general fitness, toning, strength, and fat burning. It will target all areas of the body with a combination of weight training and bodyweight exercises for a full-body workout.
