Reformer Pilates is a full-body workout that uses spring-loaded resistance on a Reformer Bed. Our classes are designed to enhance coordination, balance, posture, strength, and flexibility. Each session is customised to meet your individual needs, ensuring a tailored experience that effectively supports your fitness goals. We offer three different types of classes to suit various preferences: Foundation, Strength and Fitness.
This is an excellent introduction to Reformer Pilates, ideal for beginners or those looking to refresh their technique. Foundation classes focus on building confidence, understanding the use of Reformer Beds, and learning basic movements and positions. This class will make sure you are equipped with safe and efficient techniques that can be applied to other classes in the future.
This class is tailored for those with prior experience in Reformer Pilates. It offers a full-body workout that challenges technique, strength, and resilience, through various combinations using props and the Reformer Beds. Options for progressions and regressions are provided to accommodate all fitness levels.
Designed for those looking to elevate their fitness, this high-intensity class features bursts of cardio to challenge your entire body. It will elevate your heart rate, boost endurance, and intensify muscle engagement, leading to effective strengthening and toning. The session may include jumpboards and has minimal rest between exercises. Options for progressions and regressions are provided to accommodate all fitness levels.
