Ms Adem was appointed Deputy Principal/Head of Senior School in 2022.

Before commencing at Mentone Girls’ Grammar, Ms Adem worked at Brighton Grammar where she held various senior positions including Head of Operations (Senior School), Acting Deputy Headmaster, Head of House, Head of Psychology, as well as being the Chair of the Staff Culture Team and a member of the Staff Wellbeing Team.

Ms Adem also taught at Scotch College and has worked extensively with the VCAA as an Exam Panel Member for VCE Psychology.

Ms Adem is a passionate educator committed to providing the best care for every student, by developing their inherent strengths and talents and creating an environment where they are safe to be themselves.
