Ms Perfect has a reputation for fostering a culture of care, underpinning academic and co-curricular excellence. Previously the Deputy Principal/Head of Senior School at Ruyton Girls’ School, the School  thrived as a top VCE performer in Victoria during her tenure, with strong enrolments in a very competitive environment. Ms Perfect has also held a range of leadership positions at Haileybury College including Head of Senior School (Brighton) and Head of Year 12 (across Keysborough, Brighton, Berwick and City campuses). Ms Perfect holds a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Education (Monash University) and a Master of Education (University of Melbourne), with certification from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
