Ms Bridget Crough brings over 20 years of experience in girls' education to her role as Head of Junior School at Mentone Girls’ Grammar. Having spent 12 years as part of the leadership team at MLC, she has held key positions including Section Coordinator, Maths Coordinator, and Deputy Head, where she successfully led the development of academic, co-curricular, and wellbeing programs.
With a strong passion for early education, Ms Crough is committed to creating an environment where every child can thrive. Her leadership is characterised by a focus on nurturing, inclusive, and engaging learning spaces, where each student’s potential is recognised and developed. A firm believer in the power of personalised learning, Ms Crough strives to cultivate confident, curious, and compassionate individuals. She is dedicated to building strong partnerships with families and fostering a sense of belonging within the school community.
