Mr Sam Anstey

Mr Sam Anstey, Acting Head of Senior School, has over 20 years of teaching experience and a wealth of expertise in school organisation, student wellbeing, leadership, and staff management. Joining Mentone Girls’ Grammar in 2023 as Head of School Operations, Sam has played a pivotal role in enhancing the school’s efficiency and performance. A dedicated educator, he teaches VCE Psychology, Science, and Physical Education. Previously, Sam served as Head of Years 7, 8, and 9 and Director of College Organisation at John Paul College, as well as Director of Sport at St Bede's College. His broad experience supports optimum learning and wellbeing outcomes for our students.
