Mentone Girls' Grammar is an independent, Anglican day school for girls from Early Learning Centre (ELC) to Year 12 located in bayside Melbourne.

The Deputy Principal - Teaching and Learning reports directly to the Principal, providing strategic leadership and effective operational management of academic programs through a collaborative, evidence-informed culture across K-12.
The Deputy Principal - Teaching and Learning focuses on curriculum design, pedagogy, staff professional development, and academic performance (specifically across the Senior School). This position will inspire staff to engage in continuous learning, lead Heads of Department, and promote a cohesive teaching and learning environment where all students flourish. The position will also work closely with the Head of Junior School and Principal to drive an educational master plan that maximises students’ academic growth and potential, while supporting staff in the delivery of high-quality programs.

Offered as a five-year contract, and with a negotiable start date (preferably Term 2, 2025), eligible applicants must be VIT registered, have appropriate postgraduate tertiary qualifications and currently have the right to work in Australia.
